Our Sustainable Starter Kits are priced to ensure first orders receive free shipping.
After your initial purchase, we use a standard ship rate based on the value of the items in your cart. Our team works hard to serve your needs and ensure we can ship your order safely and in a timely manner. 

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping on orders of more than $45 is FREE. Please Note: In order to be eligible for FREE Shipping, your order must be $45 AFTER promotional codes have been applied.

For orders of $44.99 or less, Standard Shipping is $8.

Two Day Shipping is also available for a $20 charge. Please note 2 Business Days AFTER Processing.

Where do we ship?

NOTES will be shipping to end consumers in all 50 United States. We also ship to Post Office Boxes in the United States.

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Orders placed prior to 2 pm EST on business days will typically ship out the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST on business days or over the weekend will ship out the next business day.

You will receive a notification via email or SMS when your order ships. All orders ship from Spartanburg, SC.

We are taking care to make sure your order ships in a timely manner. However, shipping carriers are experiencing extremely high volumes at this time. Our default shipping method is USPS Economy which can take 1-5 business days to deliver. Once your order has shipped, please refer to your tracking information for any and all updates.
